Returns policy

In case the customer wishes to change a product, he should contact us in writing through the contact form of our website, either with our pages on facebook and Instagram, or by phone at 2313098737.

This process can be done within 7 (seven) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. Also, our store has the right not to accept a change in a product that is not in its original condition (worn, washed, soiled, without cards, etc.).

The cost of the change for purchases up to 80 € is borne by the customer with shipping costs worth 5 euros for the two movements of the change. For product purchases that exceed € 80 there is a free change. Our store does not support the possibility of refunds.
